一、绿碳化硅简介：

 

绿碳化硅生产方式与黑碳化硅基本相同，只是对原材料的要求不同。绿碳化硅是以石油焦和优质硅石为主要原料,添加食盐作为添加剂，通过电阻炉高温冶炼而成，经冶炼成的结晶体纯度高，硬度大，其硬度介于刚玉和金刚石之间，机械强度高于刚玉。

绿碳化硅制造方法同黑色碳化硅，但采用的原材料纯度要求较高，也在电阻炉中2200°C左右的高温下形成，绿色，呈半透明状，六方晶形，其Sic含量较黑色为高，物理性能与黑色碳化硅相近，但性能略较黑色为脆，也具有较好的导热性与半导体特性。

1、有色金属冶炼工业的应用
